Randall homeowners don't need another sales pitch about their roof — they need someone who shows up, explains what's actually wrong, and fixes it right the first time.
Before Roof Repair Smedway was a name on a truck, our foremen were already up on ladders across Randall, MN, figuring out which shingle brands actually hold their seal through a rough season and which ones just look good in a showroom.
Every lead technician we send to a Randall property carries current Randall, MN licensing and full insurance, and we'll produce that paperwork before you ask twice.
We've replaced enough botched patch jobs from other companies to know exactly what corner-cutting looks like a year later — drywall stains, soft decking, mold nobody can see yet.
Every lead installer carries current Randall, MN credentials.
A midnight call gets the same urgency as a noon call.
Every price is itemized, not eyeballed over the phone.
Crews dispatched from within Randall, MN, not another region entirely.
Most emergency calls we get trace back to a smaller sign that went unnoticed for weeks or months.
None of the six signs below require an emergency call on their own, but each one is worth a scheduled inspection before it turns into something bigger.
Heavy granule loss usually means the shingles are nearing the end of their service life.
A cupped shingle traps moisture instead of shedding it, which speeds up decking rot underneath.
Pinpricks of light in the attic are an early, fixable version of what becomes a leak later.
A spreading brown ring on a ceiling almost always means water is tracking in from somewhere on the roof.
Rooms that run noticeably hotter than the rest of the house often trace back to roof or attic issues.
Exposed underlayment is only a temporary barrier — it's not built to handle sustained exposure.
Whatever the issue — emergency, routine, or somewhere in between — it gets handled by a crew that specializes in that exact type of work.
Below is the full breakdown of what we cover in Randall, so you can see roughly where your situation fits before you even call.
Downed branches, torn flashing, and wind-lifted shingles all fall under our emergency response scope.
From a few cracked shingles to a complete tear-off, residential jobs get scoped against manufacturer spec, not a rough guess.
Flat roofs get scheduled inspections in addition to repair calls, catching ponding-water problems early.
We'll tell you honestly whether your roof needs a full replacement or just a targeted repair — we don't default to the bigger invoice.
A proper inspection checks flashing, fasteners, ventilation, and granule wear before small issues become leaks.
If your roof has an architectural quirk, we scope it personally rather than forcing a standard fix.
Homeowners tell us the not-knowing is often worse than the repair itself, so we try to remove as much guesswork from the process as we can.
A dispatcher logs your address, roof type, and the problem, then schedules based on urgency.
The inspection covers decking, flashing, and ventilation, not just the obvious visible damage.
Every figure is documented in writing — nothing verbal, nothing vague.
Warranty paperwork is handed over the same day the job wraps.
If you've been burned by a roofing company before, these are the specific things we do differently, not just a promise that we're "better."
Crews based in Randall, MN reach Randall faster than out-of-area companies quoting a multi-week wait.
The number you approve in writing is the number on your final invoice, barring an approved scope change.
Certifications stay current so material warranties remain valid after installation.
Every job includes a written labor warranty separate from the shingle manufacturer's coverage.
We're not your insurance company, but we make that part of the process easier.
Some roofs need a full reroof; plenty just need one honest repair.
Every job closes with a written workmanship guarantee, separate from whatever the material manufacturer already covers — if something's wrong, we come back and fix it.
If something unexpected turns up mid-job, like hidden decking damage, we flag it and get your approval before it changes your bill.
If you ever need to use the guarantee, the process is a phone call, not a fight.
If your address sits just past our standard Randall radius, dispatch can usually still work something out.
Routes are planned around Randall's actual streets and access points, not a generic radius drawn on a map, which is part of why our arrival windows tend to hold up.
We'd rather confirm coverage on a quick call than have a homeowner assume they're out of range and skip calling entirely.
